Current Modules

Face

- Powered by 35 independent motors for highly detailed replication of human gestures and expressions.

- Supports common emotions like smile, sadness, anger as well as subtle micro-expressions such as crooked mouth, bulging eyes, asymmetries.

- Serves as a platform for studying emotional robotics and expressive human-robot interaction.

Neck

- A dedicated parallel mechanism for neck articulation, separated from the spine for improved modularity.

- Provides smooth pitch, yaw, and roll motion to mimic natural human head movement.

- When integrated with the spine module, the neck completes the natural S-shape of the human spine, ensuring anatomically accurate posture and movement.

Spine

- Built of three 3-RSS parallel robots arranged in series to replicate the natural S-shape of the human spine, synced with neck.

- Provides realistic flexibility for torso and head posture.

- Designed for future modular integration with the pelvis and lower body.
